The third annual DOA Forum took place in Beijing, China from October 17 – October 19, 2019, at the Beijing International Hotel., located in the central district of Beijing. Besides some general sessions about the DOA/handle technology, here are some major topics that were discussed in this year’s DOA Forum:

1. Advancements in DOA/handle applications, including areas in IoT/Smart City, industrial Internet, e-government, 5G and wireless communication, big data, as well as experiments and applications in DOA-based block-chain applications.
2. Showcase and exchange of development tools, utilities, and frameworks contributed from DOA community, to facilitate DOA/handle based application development.
3. Discussions on evolution of DOA technology itself, including new features and best practices of handle technology, and better understanding of DOIP and its potential applications.
